LEGALITY OF DELTA 8 THC
Delta 8 THC is legal federally. It falls under the legal umbrella of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, commonly referred to as ‘The 2018 Farm Bill’. Most states that permit the sale of Delta 8 THC require a minimum age of 21 for the purchase of D8 THC products.
There are some states that do not allow the sale of D8 THC: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, Rhode Island, and Utah.
D8 THC can show up as positive on a drug screening test.
All our products contain no more than 0.3% of Delta 9 THC, which is the federal limit.
